Unable to pay your next loan instalment?

What information do I need before contacting Broadlands Finance?

Before calling we recommend you have the following information:

Your loan reference number;
The date you’ll be able to make the missed payment;
Whether or not you’ll need some time to make the missed payment;
Whether or not you want us to take the missed payment via Direct Debit or if you’ll be making the payment yourself; and
The reason for the missed payment.

Change your payment frequency;
Request a loan balance;
Request an additional loan statement (fees may apply);
Or for any other requests.

Make a loan payment

Your loan payment can be made via internet banking or at any Westpac Branch or smart ATM. Our account number is 03-0219-0372116-00. Use your loan number as a reference. Alternatively we can take your loan instalment via Direct Debit. Click here to download our Direct Debit form.

Update your details
